How much does a private driver in Lombok cost?
The rate depends on the vehicle, the length of the booking, your route and the season — a city transfer and a full-day cross-island trip are priced very differently. Send your dates and plan on WhatsApp and we will quote you before you commit. Quoted rates exclude 10% tax.
Are your drivers English speaking?
Yes. Our chauffeurs speak conversational English, which is enough to agree routes, timings and stops comfortably, as well as Bahasa Indonesia. If you need a specific language, tell us when you enquire and we will check who is available.
What is included in the private driver service?

Absolutely. You can send a plan in advance, ask your driver to suggest one, or simply decide as the day goes. Within your booked hours and the island of Lombok, the route is yours — just talk to your driver.
How many passengers can you carry?
It depends on the vehicle. City cars and MPVs suit couples and small families, larger MPVs and SUVs suit groups with luggage, and we also operate buses for bigger parties. Browse the fleet or tell us your group size and we will recommend the right one.
Do you offer a multi-day chauffeur service?
Yes, and it is the option we recommend for touring itineraries. You keep the same driver across all the days, so there is no need to re-explain your plans each morning. Multi-day bookings are quoted per day.
How do I book a private driver in Lombok?
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, pickup location, rough route and passenger count. We usually reply within minutes during working hours with a vehicle recommendation and a price. Your booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 days or more before the rental starts and you receive a 100% refund. Cancel at least 72 hours before and you receive 50%. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. The full policy is in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you provide drivers for weddings and corporate events?
Yes. We handle bridal cars, guest shuttles, conference transfers and delegation transport, including multi-vehicle logistics on a fixed timeline. As a registered Indonesian company (PT) we can issue proper invoices for company and government bookings. Tell us the schedule and we will build the plan around it.
Which areas of Lombok do you cover?
The whole island — Mataram, Senggigi, Kuta and the south coast, Tetebatu, Sembalun and the Rinjani foothills, and the harbours for the Gili Islands. Our service area is Lombok itself; boat crossings to the Gilis are arranged separately.
Can I hire a car without a driver instead?

Is fuel included with a private driver?
On with-driver packages, fuel is included where your quote says so — that is the usual standard for full-day and half-day chauffeur hire. Confirm inclusions on WhatsApp before you pay the deposit. See also our Fuel Policy.
Who pays for parking and tolls?
Your driver handles parking. Toll and parking fees for the vehicle are charged at actual cost where they apply, unless your written quote states otherwise.
What happens if we run overtime?
If you need the driver beyond the booked package, overtime is available subject to driver hours and is quoted clearly before you continue. Tell us early if your day may run long.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
We monitor flights and build a sensible waiting buffer into airport pickups. If your flight is heavily delayed, message us on WhatsApp — we adjust rather than leave you stranded.
What if my flight lands late at night?
Night arrivals are normal for Lombok International Airport. Share your flight number when you book so we can plan the meet & greet correctly.
How do I pay?
We confirm payment method when we quote — typically deposit to secure the booking, with the balance as agreed before or at the start of service. Company invoices are available for corporate clients.
