Vehicle Condition Photos & Video

Before handover, we may record photographs and video of the vehicle's condition as part of the joint inspection process described in Section 5 of our Terms & Conditions. These records may include personal data where faces, number plates, identity documents, or other identifying details appear.

We use this material to document vehicle condition at handover and return, support accident or damage claims, respond to disputes, and protect both the customer and Lombok Rentals Indonesia in the event of disagreement about the condition of the vehicle.
