What is the minimum age?
Minimum age is 21 years old for self-drive rentals.
What documents are required?
Valid driver’s licence (SIM A / International Driving Permit), ID (KTP / Passport), flight details, and accommodation confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
≥ 7 days before pickup: 100% refund. ≥ 72 hours: 50% refund. Last-minute (< 72 hours): non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy.
What is the insurance excess?
Excess up to IDR 3,000,000 per incident. No admin fee · No per-panel fee. Details on our Insurance Policy.
Is fuel included?
Self-drive: fuel not included — return with the same level. With-driver packages typically include fuel where the quote states so. See Fuel Policy.
Where can I use the vehicle?
Valid within Lombok Island only. Inter-island use needs approval and may incur an additional charge.
When is the deposit collected?
A security deposit may apply depending on vehicle category; the amount is confirmed before handover.
How do I book?
Use our Booking page or message WhatsApp. We confirm availability, then lock the reservation with you.
